Terms of Service – Digital Programs & Memberships

1. Overview

These terms apply to all digital programs and memberships offered through our platform, including:

  • Face to Face with God – monthly or annual subscription

  • Kingdom40 – monthly subscription only*

  • BeyondK40 – monthly or annual subscription

Each program has specific payment structures and policies, outlined below.


2. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

  • All programs are subscription-based and auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

  • You may cancel at any time. Canceling stops future charges; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Payments already processed will not be refunded.

  • Refunds are only considered in the case of billing errors or duplicate charges, at our sole discretion.

  • It is your responsibility to cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.


3. Program-Specific Notes

Face to Face with God

  • Billed monthly or annually.

Kingdom40

  • A structured discipleship program delivered across 4 Intensives, with 60 lessons and over 120 hours of teaching.

  • If choosing the subscription option over the 1-year tuition, you can progress at your own pace for as long as you like and cancel at your convenience. (*)

BeyondK40

  • A membership for continued growth after completing Kingdom40.

  • Offered on a monthly or annual recurring basis.


4. Account Access & Usage

  • Access is for individual use only

  • Sharing login credentials or distributing content with non-members is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.


5. Content Ownership

  • All materials are protected by copyright.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.


6. Termination of Access

  • We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms or misconduct.

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.


7. Updates to These Terms

  • Terms may be updated periodically.

  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or within the platform.

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
